THE WISHING WELL


Upwey where Magnus hopes to meet Curly at the Wishing Well is a few miles north of Weymouth and is a very well known and pleasant village where the little river Wey has its source. Magnus expects after their lunch at the Inn to go on to climb the prehistoric earth-works of Maiden Castle not far from Dorchester.
